Edwina – Albert and Sinclair’s mother, Edwina raised her sons by selling chocolate chip cookies for 5 cents each. She lived a difficult life, but without a complaint, until she met Barnsley Bear. Today, she and Barnsley are well off and the two are inseparable.
Barnsley – An entrepreneur extraordinaire, Barnsley first met Edwina when her sons contacted him to franchise their mother’s cookie recipes. He helped build Edwina’s business so quickly, she no longer has to work. She and Barnsley are a perfect couple.
Albert – Albert is a television reporter for One Network News for Bears. He will go anywhere, endure any sacrifice, for a good story. We must tell you, however, that he has a worrisome sweet tooth. His motto is, “Happiness is a cookie in each paw.” Albert is Edwina’s son.
Sinclair – The fellow with excellent plaid paws, Sinclair has an excellent vocabulary and an editor’s eye when it comes time to fine-tune book copy. He, too, is one of Edwina’s sons.
Noel – A helicopter pilot without peer, Noel pilots his craft with safety always foremost on his mind. Noel also is a certified long-haul jet pilot who never flies unless conditions warrant.
Hans – The tiniest bear of all, Hans Bear is a former cook in the Danish Navy. He manages a chuck wagon that unloads from Noel’s helicopter, and he uses scaffolds, ladders and tiny cranes to produce incomparable cuisine.
Dixie – The head of “Troubles Away,” Dixie Bear manages a company to end life’s most troublesome problems. Simply call 1-800-TROUBLES AWAY.
Mrs. Simpson – Never a speck of dust escapes Mrs. Simpson. She lives on a shelf in a little girl’s bedroom, and helps Hans Bear whenever he needs her skills.
